Sheet metal and structural work as a product or part of a project
Tuinte has a modern workshop where various machining operations are carried out. Structural and sheet metal work are part of that. Plates, tubes and box profiles are produced as individual parts by laser cutting, sawing, bending and rolling. These parts are then assembled and welded up. The structures formed can then be machined further in our in-house machining division. Finally, we can also finish the completed structure for you with various techniques, such as electrolytic polishing, coating, anodising or painting.
Is your sheet metal or structural work part of a larger project? We are as happy to make other parts or an entire machine for you. At Tuinte, we have broad knowledge and experience in engineering, assembly, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and control technology. Our many years of experience in all these fields enable us to bring all your assignments and projects to a successful conclusion. Whether it is millimetre work or something rather larger, we have a solution for every size. For small, specialised parts, we have precision equipment. In our workshop we also have all the space and possibilities for large-format structures.
Our machinery is modern and extensive, enabling us to perform demanding structural work. We have a large number of well-equipped welding workstations for this. The manufacture of structural sheet metal components, such as tubular and box profiles and sheet metal, is also mostly carried out using our own extensive range of machinery.
