MIG, MAG and TIG welding meeting the highest requirements
Do you need welding work for a slightly heavier construction, a machine part or very fine welding, for example? Welding metals exposed to extreme forces, high temperatures or very high pressure? Or welding work that needs to be extremely smooth, very precise or just connects large surfaces together? We make it happen. We can weld the most complex construction and variations for you.
For example, we regularly weld lifting tooling, frame structures, sheet metal or pressure systems such as gas supply systems. You can come to Tuinte for various types of welding work. We have a separate non-ferrous welding department, especially for the food, pharmaceutical and high-tech industries, among others.
Tuinte is certified for the most complex welding work
Tuinte has been ISO 3834-2 certified since 2019. This certification is an internationally recognised quality assurance system for welding work. To keep meeting these quality requirements, our welders have to pass quality tests every six months. This ensures that both Tuinte and our welders provide you with the highest quality.

Alignment of standards, certifications and inspections
As welding has to withstand extreme conditions, we consult you in advance to determine what the specifications should be. What standards does the end result need to meet? What does that require? What certifications should the final product have? And what tests need to be carried out to guarantee quality?
We start with these questions. Together we agree on what needs to be done. Then we make it happen. Tuinte is also authorised to inspect welding and certify the product. This way, you can be sure that the welding work meets the specified requirements.
More and more clients, both national and international, are asking for ISO 3834-2 certification. The reason for this is that it is not easy to establish retrospectively whether welds have been soundly made, if investigation is required. ISO 3834-2 certification are then of great importance. This is because this quality system’s rigorous conditions make it possible to determine in advance, with a high degree of probability, that the final product will meet the specified requirements.
Welding techniques
Tuinte applies a number of welding techniques, including:
- MIG/MAG welding
- TIG welding
- Cobot welding based on these techniques
TIG welding
The principle of TIG welding is that material is welded together without using filler material, using welding equipment only. The result is that we produce high-quality welding with a clean finish to all corners and edges. TIG welding gives a high degree of accuracy and also provides excellent protection against oxidation.
MIG and MAG welding
The difference between MIG/MAG welding and TIG welding lies partly in the addition of material. For MIG and MAG welding this involves a continuous supply of welding wire. An advantage of these methods over TIG welding is higher speed. These techniques also provide protection against oxidation and can be applied to a variety of materials.
Cobot welding
Since 2022, Tuinte has been using a welding robot. This automation is particularly suitable for process stability and efficiency. The welding robot copies the action of our welder and repeats it, thus bringing the knowledge of the craftsmen together with the efficiency of a robot. Ideal for series welding.

We can weld all types of materials for you. We have a separate department for non-ferrous welding.
